Reservations cancelled  2 weeks prior to your arrival date will receive a full refund, less a $25 processing fee. Reservations cancelled within 2 weeks of arrival will be subject to a one night charge plus a $25 processing fee. 

Summer Reservations: A reservation cancelled for dates between June 1 and September 5 will result in the loss of the deposit plus any portion of those dates that we are unable to rebook, plus a $25 administration fee.

Two deposits are required for Summer Reservations: The first upon booking, the second by April 1, 2024 each for $350.

Ganges is a 10-minute drive, or 7.23 km from the resort.

Take the FERRY to one of Salt Spring’s 3 harbours: Vesuvius, Long Harbour, or Fulford Harbour.

Guest highlights include hiking, mountain biking, taking in the Saturday Market in Ganges, enjoying breweries and wineries, savouring local treats, and unwinding at Green Acres Resort!

We sure do! Please enjoy the free use of our canoes, kayaks, row boats, paddleboats, and SUP boards. Just be sure to wear one of our complimentary life jackets and don’t forget that all guests using the watercraft must first sign a waiver. Available at the office.

We will welcome dogs, one per unit,  when accommodation is available and only in the off season from September 5 to May 31. All pets have to be reserved prior to check in so please call for details.
